How do I change the Control Prong/Authorized Signer?
To change the authorized signer or control prong on your merchant account, you will need to complete the Control Prong/Authorized Signer Change form and submit it as an attachment to a new support ticket.
The form must be completed & submitted by the current authorized signer and must contain the following:
- Signature of the current authorized signer/control prong/beneficial owner
- Signature of the new authorized signer/control prong/beneficial owner
